Outcomes First Group is seeking a Nights Care Team Supervisor

Position: Adult Care - Nights Team Supervisor

Compensation: £28,971.58 annually

Work Schedule: Full Time (43 hours per week, Rotational)

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Nights Care Team Supervisor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the effective operation of the facility, overseeing a team of committed Adult Support Workers, and serving as a proactive role model within the group.

This position is within a specialized residential service that provides high-quality support and accommodation for individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. Your role will be both challenging and fulfilling, working in an environment that prioritizes safeguarding, where individuals are respected, listened to, and involved in decision-making processes.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Support Worker, Team Supervisor, or Deputy Supervisor with relevant support experience, currently holding a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care, and willing to pursue a Level 3 qualification.
