Data Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Operations Manager to join our team at Legal & General Affordable Homes. As a key member of our Data Team, you will play a critical role in driving and delivering our data strategy and business-as-usual (BAU) activity.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all data is within requisite integrity limits, maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Provide leadership on the promotion and education of best practice for data quality and controls, adopting a pragmatic and agile approach.
- Develop and maintain robust control environments for all managed data sets, creating transparency and agile monitoring capabilities across the organization.
- Lead the development and management of the Data Operations function, building an operating framework that supports business-wide and external data consumers.
- Champion a data-led culture, leading a high-performing team that provides excellent stakeholder and consumer support and delivery to unlock value for our data customers.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of data quality and data sets, incorporating statistical methods as a standard practice.
- Support and mentor teams and internal business units and stakeholders in data management framework requirements, improvements, and operationalization.
- Leverage agile ways of working to manage and deliver multiple projects effectively, working across multi-disciplined teams to ensure successful on-time delivery.
