Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating technical plant aspects, ensuring seamless service delivery, and managing specialist contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate PPM and break/fixes, working closely with the DCM and Facilities team.
- Manage Data Centre operations, ensuring operational continuity and service delivery meets expectations.
- Assist in scenario testing and training for site teams.
- Work closely with the Service Management Centre on change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies and working arrangements.
- Experience in a Data Centre or critical management role.
- Strong process management experience in a live operational environment.
- Real-time incident/fault management experience in a business-critical environment.
- Knowledge of BMS, PMS, and fire systems.
- Flexible, adaptable, and innovative.
