Data Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Manager to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a Data Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward our Data Strategy and implementing Data Governance & Management frameworks to ensure our data team can scale effectively.
About the RoleAs a Data Operations Manager, you will be involved in implementing Data Management & Governance frameworks, interacting with stakeholders to elicit project requirements, and overseeing a technical team to deliver successful implementations and migrations while maintaining Data Quality controls.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Data Management & Governance frameworks, including creating robust control environments for datasets
- Interact with stakeholders to elicit project requirements and achieve buy-in for Data Strategy & Data Management processes
- Oversee a technical team to deliver successful implementations and migrations while maintaining Data Quality controls
- Document all processes and assign correct resources and data ownership for future projects
- Work with the risk team to expand Data Governance Controls and Key Risk Indicators
- Strong recent experience of delivering Data Management & Governance initiatives into businesses (including data cataloguing)
- Experience with a major CRM technology solution, ideally Salesforce
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to elicit requirements, perform gap analysis and deliver strategy that meets these needs
- Passionate about scaling a Data Function within a growing organisation
The successful Data Operations Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and a host of other benefits.
