Data Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Data Operations Manager, you will be involved in implementing Data Management & Governance frameworks, interacting with stakeholders to elicit project requirements, and overseeing a technical team to deliver successful implementations and migrations while maintaining Data Quality controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Data Management & Governance frameworks, including creating robust control environments for datasets
  • Interact with stakeholders to elicit project requirements and achieve buy-in for Data Strategy & Data Management processes
  • Oversee a technical team to deliver successful implementations and migrations while maintaining Data Quality controls
  • Document all processes and assign correct resources and data ownership for future projects
  • Work with the risk team to expand Data Governance Controls and Key Risk Indicators
Requirements
  • Strong recent experience of delivering Data Management & Governance initiatives into businesses (including data cataloguing)
  • Experience with a major CRM technology solution, ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to elicit requirements, perform gap analysis and deliver strategy that meets these needs
  • Passionate about scaling a Data Function within a growing organisation
What We Offer

The successful Data Operations Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and a host of other benefits.
