We are pleased to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Substance Misuse Clinical Supervisor to become part of our dedicated team at a secure facility.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your leadership and clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients, maintaining a focus on both effectiveness and quality.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of up to £57,750, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Substance Misuse Clinical Supervisor, your duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing the provision of specialized treatment and recovery programs for individuals dealing with substance misuse
  • Engaging clinically across all facets of the Substance Misuse/IDTS framework while exemplifying best practices to nursing staff
  • Contributing to the formulation of a strategic approach for dual diagnosis services

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with current UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
  • Post-registration qualification in the care, assessment, and treatment of substance misuse and mental health clients
  • Recent experience in a senior role within Substance Misuse/Dual Diagnosis nursing

While not mandatory, experience in a healthcare setting, whether in a hospital, community, or secure environment, is preferred.
