Job Description

Job Title: Substance Misuse Nurse - Clinical Excellence

Location: HMP Bronzefield

Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions to support service users in their recovery journey
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to service users and their families on addiction recovery and relapse prevention

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of substance misuse treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes
