Regional Facilities Operations Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Team Lead to join our team at Cooper Parry. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our offices, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Line management of the South Facilities Team, organizing and facilitating weekly team meetings
- Championing the client experience, driving forward the journey our clients have from arrival to departure, working closely with Facilities Leadership team to develop an awesome experience for our clients and team at your sites
- Align supplier contracts where appropriate, working with Head of Facilities to negotiate new contracts
- Accountable for maintaining office compliance set by Facilities Compliance Manager, ensuring completion of compliance admin and associated scheduled checks
- Assisting Head of Facilities to drive forward and implement energy efficiency measures, working towards our net zero journey
- Manage contract with cleaning provider, ensuring quality and reviewing contract as appropriate
- Help to drive Community, Social and Wellbeing Programme for offices within remit, working closely with Wellbeing & Engagement Manager
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar facilities role (essential)
- Line Management and leadership capabilities
- Organisation and budget management skills
- Health & safety compliance experience and sustainability knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Happy to travel between offices when required
