Regional Facilities Management Consultant

As a Regional Facilities Management Consultant, you will be essential in overseeing a portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, optimizing operational expenditures, and conducting annual inspections and energy assessments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the seamless operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the maintenance and functionality of the property portfolio
  • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across departments
  • Utilize System-supported inventory management (IMS-FM)
  • Deliver training sessions for Sales and Facilities Management staff
  • Coordinate store building management with regional construction teams
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various regional and Head Office stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisive choices, focusing on implementation and identifying optimization opportunities
  • A motivated, dependable, and trusted team leader
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory
