A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Facilities Manager to join the existing team at Fitness First to offer support in a strategic maintenance role throughout our clubs in London.


The Regional Facilities Manager at Fitness First is responsible for managing the Maintenance Technician team, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the fitness facility. This role includes troubleshooting and fixing equipment, maintaining the building infrastructure, and supporting the overall maintenance needs of the gym. The Regional Facilities Manager plays a critical role in providing a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for members and staff.



High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a fitness or recreational facility.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various positions.
