Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Concrete Consulting. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple buildings in close proximity, primarily offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project works on-site from cradle to grave, including appointing relevant contractors.
  • Develop and manage service charge budgets, ensuring effective cost control and optimization.
  • Provide daily liaison with service partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Engage closely with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attend meetings with portfolio owners, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Report to the Head of FM, contributing to the development of facilities management strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on regional operations and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
