Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Concrete Consulting. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple buildings in close proximity, primarily offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project works on-site from cradle to grave, including appointing relevant contractors.
  • Develop and manage service charge budgets, ensuring effective cost control and optimization.
  • Provide daily liaison with service partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Engage closely with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Attend meetings with portfolio owners, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Report to the Head of FM, with opportunities for growth and development in the role.

Requirements:

  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience in managing multiple buildings and service charge budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
