About the Role

OCS Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As an integral member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to the general public and shoppers at the Information Hub and throughout the mall.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the centre, its stores, and car parks to effectively deal with customer enquiries.
  • Source and provide relevant information on local city centre amenities, tourism, retail, and transport to customers.
  • Promote and sell the Aberdeen gift cards, handling sales and explaining terms and conditions to customers.
  • Liaise with retailers and centre management to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Manage and assist in the display of marketing materials in the centre, including posters, leaflets, and store guides.
  • Review and update the centre website and app to ensure they are accurate and relevant.
  • Assist the marketing team in effective use of social media platforms.
  • Maintain and process season parking passes, ensuring accurate administration and records.
  • Support the commercial manager in mall retailing administration, completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Monitor mall activity and request support from cleaners and security as needed.
  • Ensure the Information Desk is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
