About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Retail Assistant to join our team at Firmdale Hotels. As a key member of our ShopKit Kemp Team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of e-commerce operations, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to online customers, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to inform customer service and provide accurate information to online customers.
  • Online Shop: Assist in the editing and uploading of product photographs and descriptions to our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stock Control: Assist with stock checks, unpack and process daily deliveries, process returns and write-offs, and maintain organized storage areas.
  • Security and Maintenance: Maintain a high level of awareness and alertness to minimize potential stock loss, reporting safety hazards and risk factors to the Head of Retail.
