About the Role

Lakeland is seeking an experienced retail management professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Store Manager and take charge of the store in their absence
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage labour costs, and maintain a safe and secure store environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, including visual merchandising and store displays

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail management professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, with experience of leading a team and developing and implementing sales strategies. You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
