Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop new opportunities within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve business targets.
  • Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate growth.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stores and call centres to leverage inbound enquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Chambers of Commerce.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and refine strategies through regular meetings with managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales within a multi-site retail environment.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on building and nurturing relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and planning skills.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset with a focus on new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
