We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Raymond Associates Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth and Profitability
    • Develop and implement action plans to achieve business targets and align with company goals.
    • Monitor and control costs within budgets.
    • Review and negotiate contract prices with clients.
  • Contract/Site Management
    • Ensure the implementation and adherence to security, cleaning, and maintenance specifications.
    • Regularly review contracts to meet company and client requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop direct reports and service delivery teams.
    • Ensure a high calibre of capable managers and supervisors are in place.
    • Provide regular training and annual appraisals to staff.
