About the Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced retail management professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deputise for the Store Manager and lead the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and team development.
  3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business growth, manage stock levels, and optimize labor resources.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance store operations.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned retail professional with a passion for leadership and a track record of success in driving team performance. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members. Your analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
