Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Professional to join our team at Renault London West, a leading Automotive Retail Dealership in Brentford. As a key member of our Used Car Sales Team, you will be responsible for selling high-quality used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Host customers for initial consultations and show-and-tell sessions at the dealership
- Conduct test drives and guide buyers through the sales process
- Resolve customer queries and collect payment for vehicle sales
- Explain warranty and service/maintenance arrangements to customers
- Sell add-on products and finance packages to customers
- Demonstrate car features to customers and provide full vehicle handovers
Requirements
- Superb personal presentation and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Recent vehicle sales experience with a main dealer or car supermarket
- A full UK Driver's licence
Working Hours
- 5 days per week on a rota, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
- One regular weekday off per week on weeks where weekend work is on the rota
- One full weekend off per month
- 8am to 6pm weekdays
- Saturdays 8am to 5pm
- Sundays 10am to 4pm

- A basic salary of £25,500 pa, uncapped commission OTE £51,000 pa
