About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Renault Retail Group UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the new retail sales process, including budget management, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the new car sales process, ensuring alignment with company standards and manufacturer targets.
- Lead and develop a team of sales executives, including a senior sales executive, Alpine specialist, and sales drivers.
- Oversee departmental F&I, add-on sales, and customer-facing processes.
- Achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profit goals.
- Manage showroom presentation, display, and local marketing efforts.
Shift Pattern:
The successful candidate will work a 4-day week, with Saturdays and alternating Sundays. The shift pattern includes:
- 4 weekdays (8:00am - 6:00pm)
- Saturdays (8:30am - 5:00pm)
- Alternating Sundays (10:00am - 4:00pm)
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK driving license.
- Employed as a motor retail sales manager, ideally with a focus on new car sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive basic salary of circa £45,900 pa, bonus scheme (OTE £75,000 pa), company car from day one, business mileage reimbursement, and mobile phone. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, auto-enrolment to our pension scheme, and superb career opportunities within the Renault Retail Group UK Ltd.
