Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop new opportunities within our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve business targets.
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate growth.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to maximise opportunities.
- Collaborate with stores and call centres to leverage inbound enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Chambers of Commerce.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and refine strategies through regular meetings with managers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales within a multi-site retail environment.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on building and nurturing relationships.
- Exceptional communication and planning skills.
- A proactive and target-driven mindset with a focus on new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
