Your primary focus will be on providing detailed and confident feedback to airline customers regarding the movement of AOG shipments, while also ensuring all aspects of Materials, Procurement, and Inventory Management are efficiently processed within predetermined parameters. You will be the focal point for airline customers and internal stakeholders, handling time-critical orders and ensuring requirements are handled efficiently. Key responsibilities include acting as a focal point for requests received from airline customers, identifying potential shortfalls, and working with suppliers and airlines to resolve issues. You will also assist with daily operational demands, customer order backlogs, and proactively engage with Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of contractual requirements. If you have proven supply chain or logistics experience gained within a high-pressure environment, a broad knowledge of the airline/aviation/aerospace operating environment, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. As a fast-paced and dynamic team, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a demanding customer-facing role and work effectively with our team to deliver operational performance.
