Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our School Business Support Officer and providing administrative assistance to the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff
- Use ICT skills, including Word and Excel, to manage administrative tasks
- Operate SIMS software or other data management systems to maintain accurate records
- Support the School Business Support Officer in managing the school's administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience of providing good customer service
- Proficiency in using ICT, including Word and Excel
- Car user
- Experience of using SIMS software or other data management systems
Working Hours:
This is a part-time, term-time only position, working 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
