Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Preston, Lancashire. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Directors and assisting with various business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Directors, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining records.
  • Business Operations: Assist with various business operations, including financial management, expense tracking, and inventory management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:
