Position Overview

The successful candidate will deliver a thorough administrative and information service throughout the Community & Wellbeing Network, collaborating with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an effective and confidential service is maintained.

This role will be associated with the Minerva & Fulwood Park Admin Hub and will require flexibility to meet the demands of the Locality's administrative services. The individual may also be tasked with providing reception and clinical administrative support at various clinics and health centres as directed by their administration supervisor, ensuring a consistent quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background, including qualifications in English, Mathematics, and Word Processing. Proficiency in computer applications is essential. A primary focus of this role is to deliver a comprehensive reception and administrative service, thus prior experience in administration is crucial to provide a professional service to clinical teams. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer service are also vital. The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities, and will be expected to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.

A standard background check will be necessary.
