We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clients, including managing shared mailboxes, serving as the first point of contact, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Process Management: Manage processes for the Operations Manager and National Operations Director, including data entry, document updates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, for our clients.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and document updates using various software systems.
  • Reporting: Assist with month-end processes and internal reporting, including preparing accurate and timely reports.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for our clients, including updating and amending quotes as necessary.
  • Cost Evaluation: Review and evaluate job costs to ensure profitability.
  • Proposal Preparation: Use Canva to prepare company proposals for our clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Client Onboarding: Support the client onboarding process and handle administrative tasks within the client life cycle.
Requirements
  • Estimator Mindset: Comfort with numbers and a natural ability to evaluate and estimate project costs.
