We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at careers4a - Jobboard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and administrative functions of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a sound financial background and experience in managing administrative tasks, including human resources, payroll, and compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our company meets all relevant regulations, including GDPR and AML.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the finance function, including budgeting, financial performance, and cash management
  • Overseeing the administrative team, including human resources, payroll, and compliance
  • Ensuring that our company meets all relevant regulations, including GDPR and AML
  • Managing the IT function and overseeing the IT manager
  • Acting as Company Secretary

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and administration. You will have a sound financial background and experience in managing administrative tasks, including human resources, payroll, and compliance.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of around £70,000 (or pro rata if part-time) and a range of benefits.
