Junior Front of House Manager Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Front of House Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operation and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in developing and implementing strategies to improve front of house performance
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide excellent service to our guests
  • Monitor and control the financial performance of your restaurant, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded
  • Champion change and innovation in both our communities and the impact on the planet
