About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Front of House staff to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Manage the front of house operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food delivery
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
