Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Oaks Brewers Fayre. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
