Junior Front of House Manager Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager at Wagamama, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, embodying our People Promise + Values, and inspiring and motivating your team to provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in developing and growing your team, ensuring they're engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Contribute to the development of our front of house operation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
