**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our Pan London Rough Sleeping services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Spring Gardens Staging Post, based in Hither Green.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide line management and motivational support to a high-performing team
- Liaise with partner agencies to build and maintain effective relationships to support effective service delivery
- Work closely with outreach teams, local authorities, other housing providers, landlords, and charities to identify and improve pathways out of rough sleeping
**Requirements**
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the overall aims and objectives of No Second Night Out

We are a leading homelessness charity in London, providing a range of services to support people affected by homelessness. Our Pan London Rough Sleeping services aim to prevent people from sleeping rough and provide them with the support they need to rebuild their lives.
