This position is for an apprentice Healthcare Support Worker role based at a prominent NHS facility, focusing on adult care.

About the Role: As an apprentice Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW), you will collaborate closely with our nursing staff, playing a vital role in the multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to adult patients. You will assist Registered Nurses in providing care and therapeutic support.
Training will be provided both in the workplace and through external educational opportunities, with full support from Weston College. The apprenticeship contract lasts for 27 months (NVQ Level 3), depending on prior relevant experience and full-time employment status. While previous healthcare experience is not mandatory, a strong interest in the role and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program within the designated timeframe, you will be guaranteed a permanent position as a Healthcare Support Worker with us.
