As the Lead Front Desk Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting all guests and serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and assistance
  • Supporting the training of new team members and ensuring their well-being
  • Proactively monitoring team adherence to procedures and maintaining high standards
  • Assisting with reservations and managing the booking system in the absence of the Reservations Manager
  • Facilitating daily payments and balancing financial transactions
  • Encouraging effective communication across all hotel departments
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences
  • Collaborating with management to meet sustainability objectives within the department

We seek candidates with prior experience in hotel reception supervision. Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for individuals who can thrive under pressure. Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
