Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide valuable information.

  • Generate and present precise financial and yield reports as required.
  • Oversee hotel operations during night shifts in the absence of senior management.

  • Conduct audits of front office and food & beverage operations in line with established policies.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Night Audit process through diligent oversight.
  • Maintain proficiency in Front Office systems and emergency protocols.
  • Execute daily banking processes in accordance with hotel accounting standards.
  • Ensure guest requests, including special arrangements, are communicated to relevant departments.
  • Record guest feedback accurately and address any issues promptly.
  • Uphold guest security and privacy at all times.
  • Perform regular checks throughout the hotel to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Handle room service orders efficiently.
  • Participate in health and safety discussions as per hotel protocols.
  • Manage invoicing for travel agents and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors during shift changes.
  • Conduct regular floor checks to ensure guest safety and manage noise levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hotel operations.
  • Current certification in General Management or willingness to obtain one.
  • Valid First Aid certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Highly organized and efficient in managing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
