We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our shop team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Managing the shop floor, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitoring and controlling operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll
  • Providing coaching and training to retail assistants to improve their skills and performance

To be successful as a Retail Supervisor at Farmfoods, you will need:

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
