Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods in Poole, Bournemouth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail assistants and ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of retail assistants to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the absence of the manager, ensuring that customers are looked after and shop routines are completed.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team.
- Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
- A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or a similar industry.
- An hourly pay rate of £12.50 and a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours work per week.
