Your Role as a Receptionist:

  • Be the welcoming face for all guests, addressing their needs and inquiries
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Assist with reservations and oversee the reservation system
  • Process payments and ensure daily banking is balanced
  • Encourage effective communication among all hotel departments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences
