As our Front of House Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all guests and serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries
- Training and supporting new team members to ensure their well-being
- Proactively monitoring team adherence to procedures and maintaining high standards
- Managing the reservation system in the absence of the Reservations Manager
- Facilitating daily payments and balancing the financials
- Encouraging effective communication across all hotel departments

In this managerial role, you will also work alongside the team at the reception desk, which will involve shifts during evenings and weekends.
We seek candidates with experience in Reception Management. Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment, so familiarity with high-volume settings is essential. Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this technical role.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment that encourages creativity in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Our dedicated Training & Development Manager is focused on mentoring you and equipping you with the skills necessary for career advancement. There may be future opportunities for promotion to oversee multiple departments.
