Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a large team to deliver outstanding service in all hotel departments. Your expertise will be essential in driving our commitment to excellence and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service in all hotel departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent communication
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive excellence and efficiency
  • Develop and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and protocols
