Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a large team to deliver outstanding service in all hotel departments. Your expertise will be essential in driving our commitment to excellence and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team to provide exceptional service in all hotel departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver amazing events, such as weddings and birthdays
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain the hotel's high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Be the face of the hotel, ensuring our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Train and develop new team members, providing them with the skills and confidence to succeed
  • Ensure the hotel's health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Contribute to the hotel's commitment to employee wellbeing, including mental health initiatives and support
