We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and diverse team within the Corporate Hospitality sector. Our division oversees the food and beverage operations across various areas of the Client and Conference Center.

We are in search of a dedicated Conference Senior Guest Services Associate to join our Amenity Services team in Bournemouth, UK. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, confident, and committed to providing outstanding service to our clients.

The selected individual will report directly to the Hospitality Manager and work closely with other managers, chefs, and a talented, creative food and beverage team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages to customers while adhering to specified portioning, presentation, and quality standards, and respond to product-related inquiries
  • Perform basic food preparation and made-to-order services, both hot and cold, in accordance with Aramark brand guidelines
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Restock supplies and ensure an attractive display of products
  • Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, as well as crockery and cutlery, utilizing appropriate equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization at counters, equipment, and public areas
  • Report feedback, complaints, stock requirements, damages, malfunctions, or hazards to the line manager
  • Complete daily paperwork or digital tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records as necessary
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene protocols in line with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in conference or 4/5-star hotel settings
  • Barista experience is advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • A DBS check will be required
