Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Temple Court. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reception, Duty Manager, and Night shifts.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive customer performance and excellence delivery.
  • Provide high visibility during key guest demand periods to deliver a total lobby experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly Net Promoter and Guest Review Index arrival/in stay/departure targets.
  • Take responsibility for dealing with any issues that may arise.
  • Coach team members to improve and develop their skills.
  • Manage the department in the absence of the Manager.
  • Ensure effective communication between key departments.
  • Generate ideas to drive business growth and improvement.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our service standards and ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

We want you to be yourself and bring your unique personality to the role. You will be a great communicator, a team player, and a problem-solver. You will have previous experience in a hotel reception role at a supervisor or duty manager level.
