Reception Supervisor Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Front Office Team: Collaborate with the reception team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Guest Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and hotel departments are informed of their requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide regular training to update employees' skills and knowledge, meeting their personal development needs and enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with all hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  • Duty Manager Shifts: Perform duty manager shifts, overseeing the Front Office department and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is essential for this position.
