We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a skilled Front Office Supervisor to become a vital part of our esteemed establishment. In this role, you will assist the Reception Manager in overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring that all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and daily responsibilities are executed efficiently, while addressing all guest inquiries with professionalism and promptness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Engagement: Ensure the hotel lobby is consistently staffed, welcoming guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
  • Inquiry Management: Address all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with supervisors to effectively manage their responsibilities and assist in the development of team members according to their training plans.
  • Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between day and night shifts, ensuring consistent service and effective handovers.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor incoming calls to maintain high service standards and ensure proper account postings and daily allowances are accurately recorded.
