Position Overview

  • Travel to various locations as needed to address client concerns.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar capacity, particularly within housing or social services.
  • A background in working with vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to provide structured support in housing or social care environments.
  • Knowledge of effective crisis intervention strategies.
  • Skills in conducting client assessments and referrals.
  • A commitment to promoting client independence and empowerment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Previous experience in a housing support capacity.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Enhanced DBS certification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Employment Details

This is a temporary position for a Residential Support Specialist, offering 35 hours per week. The role may have the potential for extension or transition into a permanent position.
