About the Role:

Rico Property Finance Ltd (T/A D&R Recruitment) is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join their busy team in Surrey. As a Residential Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to provide expert advice and guidance on residential mortgage options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping up to date with the current market and law
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Developing new prospects
  • Enhancing business relationships
  • Applying your expert knowledge of the industry

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience as a Mortgage Broker or Advisor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an energetic personality
  • Well spoken with superb communication skills
  • Smart and well presented
  • Ambitious and self-motivated

Benefits:

  • Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • OTE £60,000 - All leads provided
