We're seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to provide high-quality, professional learning services to MHR staff to support their development. As a key member of our team, you will define, design, and deliver training to cover soft skills, line manager, and policy-driven training.

The role will also involve:

  • Designing and delivering the Company Induction
  • Undertaking relative ad hoc projects as required
  • Clearly communicating progress, issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customers
  • Complying with all company methodologies, policies, and procedures
  • Being commercial aware and the impact to the Company
  • Providing support to other departments as directed by the reporting manager or higher
  • Designing bespoke courses to meet the needs of departments/business as requested by HRBP's or Senior Level managers
  • Providing coaching and mediation services as requested
  • Designing initiative eLearning content to provide a blended learning solution
