Your responsibilities will include designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to cover a range of topics, from soft skills and policy-driven training to company induction and bespoke courses. You'll work closely with our HR Business Partners and senior leaders to understand the needs of our departments and business, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll bring a commercial awareness and a passion for innovation to our team. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support the development of MHR staff
* Work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to understand departmental and business needs
* Develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our departments and business
* Maintain knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customers
* Comply with all company methodologies, policies, and procedures
* Provide coaching and mediation services as requested
