Regional Account Manager

At Biffa, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment and our communities. As a Regional Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop business relationships with clients, ensuring strategic account plans are implemented and service success is achieved.
  • Attend customer reviews and present detailed management information and advice on waste management programs.
  • Build customer confidence by creating solid and stable multi-level relationships.
  • Negotiate, influence, and communicate at all levels to deliver long-term benefit to all parties.
  • Upsell and cross-sell other Biffa products and services into managed accounts.
Requirements:
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to analyse and forecast the success of additional business proposals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build key internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of commercial acumen and financial understanding.
